Less than 25% of the brooch is present, consisting of the head and part of the spring.
The spring is made up of four coils of circular sectioned copper alloy wire, now detached from the back of the head.The head is sub circular, with silver wire inlay decoration. The wire inlay is positioned around the top of the head and vertically.
