More model informationA complete copper alloy button and loop fastener, of Early Roman dating (AD 43 to AD 200).
The fastener consists of a flat discoidal head, with a rectangular sectioned shank fixing to the centre of the reverse. The shank extends out into a triangular loop. The front of the disc has been decorated with a long cross.
