Carved outcrop south of Clavering, near Wooler, Northumberland.
This area of carved outcrop is thought to be ‘Weetwood Moor 8a’ on the Beckensall Archive (BA) going from Stan Beckensall’s drawing and site description. It was added to ERA by NADRAP in 2008 describing:
“Carving consists of one cup with multiple penannulars and a duct. The duct bends past another cup and ring and continues down the face of the panel.
All of the motifs are very faint, barely discernible. There may have been other features on this panel that have since eroded away. Within the stones bedding planes, some natural swirls can be seen.”
