An incomplete, copper alloy cruciform harness pendant of Medieval date (c. AD 1200-1400).
The object is in the form of a cross pommee, with rounded knops at the end of each of the arms. The arms differ in width and thickness, as do the terminals.
There is the remains of a potential suspension loop on the top arm (4.28mm wide, 4.29mm thick). The left arm is bent slightly upward, the top arm slightly leftward, and the bottom arm slightly forward. The object has a largely greyish green patina with patches of brown. It looks and feels as if there are the potential remains of an ancient breakage on the right knop, since it has a rougher feel than the more rounded bottom and left knops, though this could be due to post-depositional abrasion rather than past damage.
