Present location: in display shelter adjacent to kirkyard.
Found in 1878 built into the interior south wall of the church. It was removed and placed in a railed enclosure against the outside north wall, now moved to display shelter.
Present condition: weathered and in places the carving is now very faint.
Description
This long rectangular slab is lightly incised with an outline cross, which spans the width and length of the slab. It is thus likely to have been a recumbent monument.
Date: eighth or ninth century.
