Also known as The Bucket at Gulf Hill, this local and historical landmark was built in 1929 as an ice cream stand for the Gulf Hill Dairy Farm. Located in Apponagansett Park, Dartmouth Massachusetts, the two-story bucket shaped structure originally was inspired from an old fashioned hand crank ice cream maker. It was very iconic of summertime, and now hosts many free recreational activities like concerts and family events. What’s most inspiring of this landmark is the community coming together to save it from being sold.
This is my first attempt to Photogrammetry and especially building/making a 3D model using that technique. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to CyArk for the opportunity through the Heritage Documentation Training Grant.
PS: the model will be updated later on.
