A “pre-qual” set shortly before the events of the hit Disney motion picture “Lilo & Stitch,” the family-friendly adventure in Tomorrowland showcased the mayhem caused by the mischievous “Experiment 626” – a.k.a. Stitch – when first discovered in the Galactic Federation. Even though Stitch’s Great Escape closed its doors in 2018, Disney decided that the entrance sign would remain and be used for Stitch’s Alien Encounter Character Greeting.
The model was made by taking an angled photo from the internet and using photoshop to create a flat view. Because of this, the model might not be an exact replica. In addition, the Stitch cutout is a little larger than in real life.
Made in Fusion360, UV Mapped in Blender, and textured in Substance Painter.
