Outcrop on Snook Bank, north of Longframlington, Northumberland.
Carved outcrop referenced ‘Snook Bank 2b’ on the Beckensall Archive. It was added to ERA by NADRAP in 2008. NADRAP Team 2 describes:
“Panel identified from photos in Beckensall Archive but motifs difficult to see. The cups are very indistinct and slight depressions only. Outcrop with probable quarried south west edge, east edge dipping under turf. Beckensall records four cups but only three visible at time of NADRAP survey. From the Archive illustration, the fourth could be close to the turf covered north edge..”
