Site1: Tarndale and Mangatu3D Model
A smooth morphing of LiDAR survey digital elevation models (DEMs), interpolating between 2005 and Jan, 2020. The overlaid red/blue difference model (isopach raster) represents the total elevation change in this interval. The colour ramp extends from -15 (red) to +15m (blue) vertical change. The model domain is 2.28 km long, E to W. A video flyover of the Tarndale from 2015 can be seen here: https://youtu.be/cQ8U86fzWPw
Actual change would be far more episodic; this animation is meant to provide a general sense of the morphology changes and sites of gain and loss in the landscape.
