This is a model of the monument to Sir George St Paul and his daughter, Mattathia. (His wife, Frances Wray, is also shown, but she survived him.) This is in St Lawrence’s church, Snarford in Lincolnshire, U.K.. (The church contains other splendid monuments, the most complicated of which is beyond my power to reconstruct.) Sir George died in 1613, and Mattathia in 1597. Sir George was an MP and magistrate; he purchased a hereditary baronetcy. The leaflet for sale at the church (from the Churches Conservation Trust) says that he was “a staunch Puritan, who even worried about the propriety of kneeling on a cushion during his long private prayers”. In his funeral sermon, the Revd. John Chadwich said: “Such a friend as he was, I fear I shall never find till my soul rest with his.” The monument looks a lot cleaner in reality (having been much restored and repainted), and you can see fairly clearly where the reconstruction has gone awry. The photos were taken 2019-05-18, reconstructed with Meshroom 2019 and Meshlab.
