Description: This stamnos is a type of Greek terracotta designed to look like metal cauldrons. The fabric of the deinos is orange and course and detailed with brown-black slip and red. The deinos has a pedestal foot, four molded ring handles, and wide rim. The base is decorated with horizontal rings of black and red lines with small vertical lines on one of the ridges. The wide belly is decorated with a thick red ring inside of two thin black-brown lines.
