Saha chapel is located in Saha village, Jõelähtme municipality, Harju county. Based on church tradition, the stone chapel that is still standing was built at the same time as the Pirita monastery and the Kanuti guild house in Tallinn. The chapel site is also mentioned in the Danish valuation book of 1241.
According to tradition, the chapel was built by the Dane Nicol Tuwe in place of an oak that was previously located there in order to escape from a sea disaster.
The patron saint of the chapel is St. Nicholas.
