Riding breeches(1891) - a digital reconstruction3D Model
The 3D model presents a digital reconstruction of the very specific kind of women’s clothes such as a side-saddle riding habit (RH) used in 1875-1915. The riding breeches is presented in a historical book Hecklinger, C. (1891), The “Keystone” system: a textbook on cutting and dressing ladies` garments, The West Publishing co., New York, pp. 60-61. Outline shapes and construction of “shaped” riding breeches as important part of side-saddle riding habit at the end of XIX – the beginning of XX centuries were explored (for further details see https://www.emeraldinsight.com/doi/full/10.1108/IJCST-12-2017-0192).
