More model informationRhino Iguana skull. The Rhino Iguana (Cyclura cornuta) is primarily found on the island of Hispaniola, an island which makes up part of the Greater Antilles. These iguanas prefer to live in more arid environments, such as a dry forest or desert and tend to make their burrows around shrubbery and cacti to conceal their locations. However, most of the species has moved inland due to human disruption of their natural habitats. Unfortunately, they are considered threatened by the Endangered Species Act as a result.
