More model informationThis unusual pointed stone is one of two near-identical artefacts that formed part of the collection in Skaill House that was donated to the National Museum in the 1930s. It possibly comes from the Neolithic settlement Skara Brae, Orkney, but the provenance is not clear.
The date and function of this artefact is not clear, but the surface exhibits some rotary damage.
