More model informationThe upper surface of this large sandstone boulder was carved with a cup and ring markings during to the Neolithic or Early Bronze Age. The symbols may have been fitted into an existing pattern of natural erosion, including water work hollows and grooves. A line of cup marks was also carved into one of the vertical surfaces. There are wide views across the surrounding landscape.
I have uploaded another version of this model with photographic textures.
