More model informationBack in around 1950, coal miners had to change their daily outfits into uniform everytime they were going to start working and put them “into” their own locker. It was the first thing to do every day at work. Yet, the locker was different than what people have nowadays. It was hanged up by a chain and locked by the end of it. Below you will see how it looked like:
They also had the rule on how to hang their clothes to prevent any mess. The way it was hanged up (as depicted) would make sure it was secure enough.
