More model informationThis mask was originally attached onto the head piece of a mummy and consists of several overlaying papyrii. Traces of greek writing is visible on some places. The mask probably dates into the Ptolemaic Period, maybe into the Roman Period (3rd cent. BCE - 1 cent. CE).
This model was processed with the Structure from Motion technique provided by Agisoft Photoscan. The images were taken with the kind permission of the Egyptology department of the University of Cologne.
