Manx Cross 79. originally found at Keeill Chiggyrt, Ballafayle, Maughold, Isle of Man
A wheel headed cross, the cross arms are decorated with a variety of knotwork patterns. In the place of a shaft supporting the cross head there is a carving depicting a human figure with arms slightly raised as if about to be in a gunfight.
This stone is at Maughold church in a purpose built structure for displaying carved stones (located in the graveyard).
