Boulder found on Lucker Moor, 3 miles SW of Lucker, Northumberland.
Found by NADRAP Team 3 during their surveys in 2006, this stone was referenced ‘Lucker Moor N2’ and added to ERA in 2008. The team describe the motifs as:
“Two single cups. One large which is possibly natural and a smaller cup which looks more artificial.”
In addition to the two depressions, this model appears to show 2 extremely faint irregular rings. However, it can’t be determined whether the features are entirely natural or artificial.
