3D scan of a skull of a Javanese narrow-headed soft shell turtle (Chitra chitra javanensis), a turtle species that is critically endangered. They live in Indonesia and numbers are radically declining due to mass harvesting and habitat loss.
This skull is part of the herpetological collection at the NHMW and is stored backstage.
