More model informationA medieval capital now in the courtyard of the Museum of Edinburgh. This was originally part of the 15th century collegiate church of Holy Trinity which was dismantled in the late 1840s to make way for Waverley Station. The intention was to rebuild the church on a new site, but long delays due to disagreement on the choice of this facilitated the pilfering of many carved fragments before the eventual rebuilding in truncated form as Trinity Apse in Carrubers Close. Numerous carved fragments found their way into gardens and collections throughout the city where they are still to be seen. 3D scene generated with photogrammetry software 3DF Zephyr v6.507 processing 98 images
