More model informationThis is a beautiful example of the Colonnette Style of Puuc architecture. The stonework is characteristic of the best at Huntichmul and is probably coeval with other structures of the Mosaic Style. The structure has four rooms (the roof is covered with vegetation and has been removed to exposed the interior layout). The room to the left was never vaulted, either by design or because the structure was never completed. This is clear from the lack of debris within the building. A broad front staircase slopes downhill and the mouth of a chultun is near the lower left.
