This is a culotte procedure that was implanted in the right coronary artery and a side branch. The main and side branch stents are overlapping in the proximal main branch; however, it does not appear that the side branch ostium was well opened following the implantation of the main branch stent. As shown, there was a large amount of calcification present outside the both branches of the stents, but there was no visible restenosis. This patient also had a history of coronary artery disease, hyperlypidemia, diastolic dysfunction, inferior wall infarction, and cerebrovascular disease.
