It has four crystallographic axes: the z-axis (in red that is also a hexad rotation axis), and three axes in the x-y plane that form angles of 60° to each other (in blue). Note that the three axes in blue are also diad rotation axes. There are three additional diad axes (offset at 30° to the set displayed) that are not shown here as this is a first order prism. In addition to the rotation axes, this crystal form also has seven mirror planes (one perpendicular to each rotation axis - also not shown here).
