More model informationThis object is a processed rawscan from the hand axe replica. The scan was optimized for any game engine and includes all common maps (diffuse, ambient occlusion, normal, height and roughness). For testing purpose also the subsurface scattering map was added. The effects of it are clearly visible from the backside.
The steps involved were: 1. Retopology 2. Unwrapping 3. Baking 4. Adjustments
By this optimization the file size could be reduced from more than 500 mb to less than 10 mb. Furthermore, several small issues at the topology could be fixed and repaired.
The purpose of this model is to obtain a comparative model to the unprocessed raw scan.
