More model informationThe remains of a stone quay are located beneath Castle Point Old Fort at Fishguard Lower Town, Pembrokeshire, Wales.
The quay is generally rectangular, comprised of large stones with a rubble fill. Although somewhat collapsed and tumbled to either side, a line of header stones forming a recognisable edge is identifiable on the south-eastern side. Overall dimensions are c. 30m in length and c. 6.5m in width.
The remains of the quay were recorded on the 19th April 2022 and are listed in the National Monuments Record of Wales (NPRN704007) https://coflein.gov.uk/en/site/704007/
