This was a quick capture I took when I visited the Cathedral on 6/8/19 on the SPAB William Morris Fellowship, it was a privilege to have access this close to the carving let alone discuss the ongoing conservation works that were being undertaken. The condition of the eleven kings were of concern, they were under the care of crafts people and specialists in stone conservation and repair so will hopefully have an update to these… Always wish I had done more but hope you enjoy.

‘The West Front works involve the conservation of the beautiful 14th Century ‘Gallery of Kings’, which is the carvings of eleven kings sat above the largest door of the Cathedral, the conservation of the gable at the top of the West Front, and conservation works to the 12th Century Romanesque Frieze.’ https://lincolncathedral.com/history-conservation/restoration/
