More model informationEastern end of the medieval Dorrha Church ruins (TN005-005001-) in the townland of Graigue, Dorrha, Co. Tipperary. Intact medieval altar against the centre of the east gabel with blocked up window. The altar was lit by a single light ogee-headed window in the southern and northern walls. An aumbry or wall cupboard is visible in the east gable to the south of the altar with a second aumbry in the south wall beneath the southern window. An 18th century wall memorial was inserted into the northern wall to the east of the north winodw Lord Bernardus Kennedy of Coolross. The collapsed box tomb containing the signature of its maker Daniel Grady is visible in the centre of the church ruins.
