More model information3D scan of a dodo skeleton. This specimen probably was put together from the remains of several birds. There is no complete dodo skeleton left, nevertheless the NHM Vienna owns one of the most complete skeletons. Dodos lived exclusively on the islands of Mauritius and Reunion. The last dodo probably went extinct about 1690.
The dodo is Number 80 of the NHM Top 100 and can be found in Hall 31 of the NHM Vienna.
