More model informationFinish Design: I carefully created this skin to reflect the raw rustic feel of nature. But also to capture that wonderful dramatic aspect of flora and landscapes. The design on the grip represents buried bones, while the barrel are the bones reclaimed from the earth and given new life in the form of Roses. The wear colour green was chosen to make it seem as if moss was growing over the weapon the more worn it is. I used the normal map to recreate the original feel of etching into lino, which is most easily visible on the grip.
Carving Process I made this lino carving of a rose then printed onto various colours of tissue paper to see the result.
