The upper body of this small handmade juglet is decorated with a frieze filled with a three triangles, one cross-hatched and the others emphasized with parallel lines. The neck with features parallel horizontal bands, while the base is divided into four quadrants. The juglet has a height of 110mm.
The juglet is on display as part of the ‘Cypriot Pottery of the Bronze and Iron Ages’ exhibition of the Hellenic Museum of Melbourne, and is on loan from the Peter Mitrakas and Mary Ann Savas collection.
