Collectionneur d’art religieux, il réédite l’élaboration de la liqueur Bénédictine, grand élixir secret du moine Bénédictin Dom Bernado Vincelli de l’Abbaye de Fécamp, et construit le Palais Bénédictine en l’honneur de la liqueur, où elle est élaborée depuis toujours. Le Palais est ouvert au public depuis 1863 : poussez donc ses portes pour une expérience unique autour de ses liqueurs!
