Description: Woman’s hat with extended bill forming a baseball-style hat; woven primarily in plain twining with 3-strand twining on base and lattice twining on base and near rim; rim on extended “bill” is wrapped; all designs done in bear grass and woodwardia and maidenhair ferns in half-twist overlay and include geometrics and plain bands; extended “bill” shows several bands of exposed warps.
