More model informationThis is a Micro-CT scan of the near complete carapace of an extinct Sea Turtle - Argillochelys cuniceps. This was found by Fred Clouter in the London Clay of the North coast of the Isle of the Sheppey. This dates from the Ypresian, Eocene, 50-54 million years ago. This CT scan was produced with the team at NeoJurassica and the Yorkshire Natural History Museum (Sheffield).
